We had an amazing experience with Big John Charter Fishing! The boat was in excellent shape, extremely clean, and very comfortable for our family. The cool cabin was especially important for our younger children and made the trip much more enjoyable during the heat of the day. The weather brought some rough water at times, but the crew handled it perfectly and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the trip. Came for a family trip including three generations! We have nothing but great things to say about our experience today! The boat was clean and in excellent shape. The crew was knowledgeable and super helpful. We had a great time! Caught lots of red snapper which was expertly cleaned up for us at the end of the day. Highly recommend as an experience you won’t forget!

What a great crew and boat! The captain put us on the fish and we bowed up and caught a ton of grouper, snapper, trigger fish, amberjack and a huge shark! We would most definitely recommend anyone looking for a great boat and crew to go fishing with, it would be with the Big John!

I think we caught the most fish on this trip of any charter I have taken. We didn’t luck out on anything very big but we had a great time and caught some decent sized fish. Plenty to bring home for dinner for 20 people!

Had a blast aboard the Big John! Caught a ton of vermillion snapper and triggerfish. Captain put us on the fish and kept us on them despite an unexpectedly rough day on the gulf. Matt and Jordan were rockstar deckhands. They were extremely helpful with our crew of mostly first-timer teenagers. Will defintely be back! Highly recommend!
