This is our second fishing trip with them. The captain and mate were very attentive to what we wanted and we caught a nice sampling of fish that were running. Already looking forward to returning.
Three days of up in the air weather had our fishing crew nervous about our up coming 5hr AM trip. We couldn’t have asked for better weather! We put our trust in Capt Ben and Holden to get us on fish. And despite a couple members fighting the motion of the ocean and some stubborn sharks that didn’t want to bite, we couldn’t have had a better time. We caught a few keeper sea bass and a lot of non keepers. But most importantly, we all had a great time because of Capt Ben and Holden’s amazing, upbeat and charismatic attitude. Trust them! They will do everything in their power to make sure you have an awesome time. We will be back. If you are unsure which charter to pick, Capt Ben and Holden remove all doubt. Thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts for making my son’s birthday one that he’ll never forget.
I was looking for something fun to do with my three grandchildren while we were at the beach, and this trip exceeded all expectations! Our fishing experience could not have been better. Captain Ben and First Mate Holden were outstanding...friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and great with kids. The trip was both educational and exciting, and best of all, my grandchildren (ages 10, 12, and 15) caught plenty of fish. The highlight of the day was when my oldest grandson landed a huge shark! Everyone had an amazing time, and we left knowing that we would definitely book with Fisher of Men Charters again in the future. I highly recommend them for families looking to create wonderful memories on the water!
We had an incredible time on this charter—truly a great boat and an all-around great experience. We did both trolling and bottom fishing, which kept things exciting the entire trip. The crew was outstanding and made a real effort to take care of my three young sons, making sure they were engaged, safe, and having fun the whole time. They went above and beyond to give them an experience they’ll remember for a lifetime. At the same time, I was able to relax and fully enjoy the fishing myself. It was the perfect balance for a family trip. Highly recommend!
My family and I have gone a number of fishing trips to include California, Alaska, Charleston. This was the easiest and most entertaining trip we have gone on for a spur of the moment experience. The crew was absolutely amazing, deckhand Holden had his hands full with us but handled it like a “pro”. We were landing fish from the time we threw the lines in until it was time to head back. I don’t often endorse any busy but this experience was well worth it. If you find yourself looking for a great experience, give them a call.
This was an awesome day. We introduced a few family members to both offshore boating and fishing and had a terrific time with Capt Ben and Holden. We did the full day (8+ hours) to be able to reach the deeper offshore structures. Successful trolling brought in some Mahi Mahi and then bottom fishing was great. We provided snacks for a lot of fish until folks got the hang of it, but then we were pulling in fish every time we dropped a line.
