The boat is in really good condition and modern, clean and comfortable for an older family of beginners. We were 1st timers, but Ricky & Angel were patient & extremely knowledgeable. They helped every step of the way & we ended up bringing in 16 yellowtail snappers! They did filet & ice the fish. We took the recommendations of bringing it to a nearby restaurant to have cooked & shipped the rest home! We will absolutely return!

In spite of some emergency family issues, Ricky managed to keep our charter with only an hour delay. He was both knowledgeable and personable, answering our many questions as we learned new techniques. As a bonus, he remembered to take photos and videos which we would have forgotten.  We wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again!

Kids had a great time but the trip felt rushed.  Issues with the trolling motor cut into fishing time.  Some of the rods and reels weren’t the best quality and casting was difficult at times.  We had about an hour of actual fishing time in a two hour trip.  Plus we only fished one little spot and were back to the dock in less than 2 hours.  I’m used to guides being a little more generous with their time on the water.  First mate Deb was excellent with the kids.  The captain did accommodate...
