Capt Jim and Ben were great. We caught a ton of fish and had a great time. Jim and Ben are great guys and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with them.  Jim was committed to putting and keeping us on the fish - we caught 23 keepers and threw several back. The 36’ boat is not to be overlooked itself - giving us plenty of room to move around and fish; so much nicer than being on top of each other constantly in smaller boats. Our family had a fun and memorable spring break experience! Captain Jim and First-mate Bo were very knowledgeable and helped every step of the way! they made sure we were all having a good time and we each caught several fish (sheephead, spanish mackerel, key west grunt, grouper, pufferfish), including the kids. Our boat ride to and from our nearshore excursion was also enjoyable, we saw several dolphins. we cant wait for our next fishing trip with Captain Jim!

Five guys on our trip and we all caught fish.  Over 2 dozen keepers and equal amount of small ones.  Captain and crew were very accomodating.  several of us had done fresh water fishing but nothing like this.  Fish tacos, here we come.  thanks Jim and Beau morning excursion recommended

Jim and his first mate Ben were first class!! They were professional and put us right on the fish!! I would strongly recommend Jim!!!  We look forward to fishing with these guys again in the future. He was very accommodating to my wife and two boys. I had a few questions for Jim before hand and he got right back to me. The only thing we brought was lunch and a few beverages they had everything else covered. Thanks again for a great trip for my family and I.

The trip was a huge success. The boat rides fantastic, has good speed, and is fun just to cruise on in general. The boat has plenty of room so with the 5 people we had in our group, we still had plenty of room to move with no issues. The fishing itself was great, caught everything from snapper, to hogfish, to 5 flounders of significant size. Flounder was out of season so had to throw back, but was an awesome trip and fun to catch regardless. Highly would recommend this charter and this captain.... More
