Are trip with Captain James was absolutely awesome!! The boat ride alone was a good time. He took us to a great fishing spot, where the fish were nibbling out bait, but not hooking- so after a bit there, he took us to a new spot! we had booked a 2 hour window, but he went into overtime and gave us 3 hours after we got to the 2nd spot as we kept reeling in a ton of fish. Captain James was super knowledgeable on the fish, bait, hooks and more!! Our family of 5 had a magical time and will absolutely book again next year with him!!! Much love from Ohio 🫶🏽

We had an amazing time fishing with Captain James Rose! Before our trip even began, he called the day before to discuss our expectations and what we hoped to get out of the experience. He absolutely delivered.
When we arrived, he had all the bait ready and took the time to explain the areas we would be fishing. My best friend and I brought our two children, ages 10 and 12, and Captain James was incredibly patient and kind with them throughout the trip. He helped bait hooks and cast lines when needed, while still allowing the kids to reel in their own fish and enjoy the experience. He was always nearby to offer guidance and assistance.
Captain James was very knowledgeable about local fishing spots, and his expertise paid off—we all caught fish! My friend landed an impressive 24-inch red drum, while the rest of us caught mangrove snapper, grouper, and even a pesky catfish. He also took the time to let the kids take photos with their catches, which made the experience even more memorable.
Captain James was professional, friendly, and easygoing, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone on board. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a fun and successful fishing trip. You will not be disappointed!

What an incredible day on the water! Our family had an absolutely amazing fishing trip today from start to finish. The captain was knowledgeable, patient, and made everyone feel comfortable and welcome — especially the kids.

The boat was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped, and the entire experience was relaxed, fun, and organized. We caught fish, made memories, laughed nonstop, and truly enjoyed every minute out on the water together.

We did the 2 hour fishing, Capt James made it very easy after booking the appointment. Gave me a personal phone call about what to expect and whatnot. He had explained to us that he can’t guarantee we would catch fish but would do his best to get us at least 1. Anyone who knows anything about fishing knows that they call it fishing, not catching for a reason. Fish weren’t biting much but he managed to get us on one trout and even had a tarpon jump out of the water near the boat. Overall, Capt James was very professional and made it a great experience. Highly recommend!

We booked a Mother’s Day excursion and had so much fun!!!  Captain James was informative, helpful, guided us every step of the way!! At first we caught several catfish and then…WE CAUGHT SHARKS!! 1 Black Tip Shark and 1 Tiger Shark!! So exciting!!! Catch and release of course but have pictures and videos for proof!!
