  4 Hour Adventure on May 19, 2026 • 1 adult

I booked a 4-hour trip with Capt. Joseph and could not have been more pleased with the trip. He was on-time, organized, knowledgeable, and very prepared. Once the lines were wet, it didn't take long to boat the first fish. We caught 7 different species of fish and I lost count of how many we caught because they were coming in so quickly. Just an amazing trip. As fantastic as the fishing was, the company was even better. Capt Joseph is a great and authentic guy. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a freshwater fishing guide. I'll definitely book another trip with him in the future.

  Great Experience

  4 Hour Adventure on June 20, 2026 • 2 adults

My friend John and I had a wonderful experience with Jim and Heron Outdoor Adventures. From the moment we got on the boat, Joseph prepped us for what was to come for every aspect of the trip. We caught fish from the moment we started fishing through to the end of the trip. Joseph was very knowledgeable about Lake Allatoona and had a ton of interesting facts about the lake, fishing, and surrounding area. The trip was a resounding success and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a fishing trip in the area.
