We caught a great variety—striped bass, hybrid bass, largemouth bass, and spotted bass—and the action stayed consistent throughout the trip. Capt. Malik really knows the lake, moved us to the right spots at the right time, and made sure we were always fishing effectively.

He was patient, gave clear guidance when needed, and created a relaxed but productive atmosphere. Whether you’re experienced or still learning (like me in freshwater), he adapts well and helps you get the most out of the day.

Had an absolute blast getting to know and fishing with Captain Malik! We set out to target hybrids but they were nowhere to be found so we buckled in and put in some work on some spring spotted bass.
