6 hr trip with Captain Johnny Riggs

My Grandson and I went fishing yesterday, June 13, 2019, with Capt Johnny Riggs in the waters off Punta Gorda, Florida. We fished for a full 6 hrs and caught 71 fish, ( we lost probably 25 more) mainly Snook that were good size. Johnny was very knowledgeable of the area, where to fish using the tide and wind factors and showing us how to fish the proper way. He was very helpful in teaching us how to approach the area and how to handle the rods and how to bring in the fish without losing them. Johnny has a patient, funny & helpful personality, making this a very happy & productive venture. I would definitely recommend fishing with Capt Johnny Riggs for all ages and plan to do a trip with him again next year! We were extremely tired and slept very well last night!!

    Johnny’s boat and Equipment were top notch, very knowledgeable. Caught 1st fish 5 minutes into fishing.Really nice guy.. worked hard to find fish. And wasn’t stuck going shopping with the girls
