We had a lot of fun fishing with Mike. He made sure to walk us through the proper techniques to have the best chance at catching fish, which was really appreciated! If the fish weren’t biting in the spot we were at, he moved us to a new one so we had the best chance at success. We were the only ones out on the lake, which made it even more fun. My husband reeled in a 30” pike on the first cast! We had a great time and would definitley recomend Mike to others.

He is a fabulous guide for two novices! He is very responsive, and is exceptional at knowing the moment the weather is going to turn. We had a storm roll in while we were out, and he was able to time it perfectly for us to get packed up and back to our cars. We really enjoyed the beauty of the lake, and caught some great sized walleye, and my son caught a huge pike! Our Captain was patient with us, especially when we’d snag a few logs, and he’d get us to new spots when we caught all we could. We had a great Father’s Day.

My son and his friend had an amazing experience.  They caught several fish and reported having a wonderful time.  He was flexible with us and answered all of my questions. 10 out of 10 experience!
