  Outstanding family fishing charter - action from start to finish!

  6 Hour Trip – Sunrise Fishing on August 17, 2026 • 4 adults • 2 children

  We had an outstanding experience with Captain Eric. From the moment we booked, Eric was responsive and helpful in getting us prepared for our first charter. The boat was comfortable, well-equipped, and there was no shortage of quality gear and rods in the water. Most importantly, we got action early and often. Eric knew exactly where to go, how to set us up, and put us in a great position to have a successful day. He is a true professional, but what really stood out was how excited he gets every time there’s a bite - he lights up like it’s happening for the first time. At the same time he’s always checking in to make sure everyone is okay and having a great experience. He was also absolutely fantastic with our kids - patient, encouraging, and made sure they were involved in the experience. That meant a lot to us and made the day even more memorable. We came away with a tremendous haul and are literally cooking up our catch as I write this review. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend Captain Eric to anyone in or traveling through the Niagara region looking for a great Lake Ontario fishing experience.

  I cannot recommend Eric and this charter more highly. Captain Eric went way above and beyond in every way. From the friendly communications before we went, being picked up from the hotel and taken to the boat (and then back to the hotel after), to a great day of fishing, to being looked after at every step, this was a great experience. I was impressed by Eric's vast knowledge of fishing the lake, his clever setup at every depth, and his understanding of where the fish would be given the conditions and the time of day. And to top it off, the fish. Salmon from small to very large, and a huge Lake Trout and Brown Trout. Thanks for an excellent experience Eric. You are the best.

  Amazing experience!

  4 Hour Trip – Sunset Fishing on July 4, 2026 • 3 adults • 1 child

  We went fishing for the experience and were hoping to catch something—and we ended up catching salmon! It made the trip even more exciting. Captain Eric was absolutely amazing. He took the time to get to know what the kids enjoyed so he could create a personalized experience for our family. He truly made us feel like VIPs from start to finish. My kids thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the trip. The boat was very comfortable, with plenty of seating, and Captain Eric even provided cold drinks and snacks for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. We had an unforgettable experience, and the next time we’re back, we’ll definitely be booking another fishing trip with Captain Eric. Highly recommend!

  Captain Eric is exactly who you want to go fishing with in Ontario. From booking to sailing, he is in constant communication and more than willing to offer personalized accommodations and experiences. My wife got super sea-sick early on and Eric did everything possible, above and beyond, to help her pull through and we were still able to have a fantastic time. He is a charismatic and intelligent man that will make your trip and your fish well worth the time. He is very knowledgable about the area and can help you with any questions you have. Not to mention, his wife is very sweet and brought us fresh strawberries before we even took off. He also handled all the fish we caught and kept them frozen for us before we headed home. Not only would I highly recommend, I would only ever come back here.

  Big salmon and great company!

  4 Hour Trip – Sunset Fishing on September 12, 2026 • 4 adults

  We had such a fun day on the water! Caught five big salmon, including some around 20 lb and the biggest at 30 lb! The captain was fantastic company, with great conversation and a sense of humour that made the whole trip even more enjoyable. Big fish, plenty of laughs, and a day we’ll remember. Would happily book again!
