Captain Steve was an excellent captain! He took the time to teach me and explain everything step by step, while also letting me handle the rods and equipment and really enjoy the experience myself. I felt comfortable the entire time and had an amazing day out on the water. I honestly wouldn’t change a thing. Highly recommended!

Captain Steve was a very down-to-earth guy who taught us the ins and outs of how to catch fish on the Great Lakes. He took the time to explain to my teenage son what is involved in running a charter, and he was compassionate to help me with motion sickness. If we are ever in the area again, we would certainly fish with him again!

Captain Steve was highly professional and organized from start to finish. Before the trip, he provided clear, detailed updates about what to expect and where to meet. On the boat, he ensured a comfortable experience with a canopy for shade, mini fans to keep us cool, and all the essential fishing gear. He also shared plenty of helpful tips and tricks on fishing techniques, the best spots to fish, and how to properly fillet the catch! Best of all—we caught six big fish!

This our second trip with steve and it was great. We brought in 1 Lake Trout, 1 Rainbow Trout, and 1 King Salmon. Steve is a very knowledgeable captain and knows his boat and equipment very well. He has everything you would need to have a fun and comfortable trip. We are already looking forward to our next trip.

I can’t say enough good things about this fishing trip! Even before we got on the boat, Captain Morris was messaging me about weather and making sure we were informed about the conditions on the water. He took care of every last detail and made sure our experience was awesome! My husband grew up on boats and fishing but has never been fishing in Canada. Captain Morris showed him how everything on the boat worked and my husband had a blast learning about how to catch salmon. Captain Morris cares a lot about you having a good time and making sure you catch fish. If very much felt like going out on the water with a friend and just hanging out catching fish. We will absolutely book another trip with him and highly recommend you do too!

Me and My Dad went out with steve for a morning charter and we had a blast. Brought in 7 or 8 keepers and caught 10 or 11 total fish on the day. Steve's knowledge of his equipment, and boat all contributed to our success on the water. We brought in a 17lbs King Salmon and a 8lb Rainbow Trout, among other good sized trout anf salmon. Overal Experience with Steve today was a pleasure, will definitely book again in the future.

Steve was very patient and easy going during our fishing trip. Very informative about the lake and fish. Worked hard to find the fish and helped us get them in the boat! We will definitely book with Nautiboy again!! Thank you again.
