  Core Family Memory in a 2hr trip!

  2 hr inshore fishing on July 21, 2026 • 4 adults • 2 children

  Fantastic evening on the water with Captain Bob and E! Family of 4 from WV, taking our two boys (11 & 9) out on the water for their first time. We instantly started catching Bluefish trolling out into the water and while the Mackrel were evading everyone tonight, our team made sure our boys made an everlasting memory for their first trip by hooking into a Sand Tiger shark! We also caught a couple Toadfish randomly as well! The sights were abundant as the captain put us right by swimming dolphins. We also saw some rays swimming about. Our experience was truly top notch and enjoyable. We would highly recommend letting Captain Bob and Catherine C Charters take care of your fishing needs for your next trip. We are already looking forward to our next family trip with them! Thanks again Captain Bob & E!!

  Epic Day Fishing!!!

  Half Day Trip – Inshore fishing PM on July 21, 2026 • 4 adults • 2 children

  Our family had an amazing time today fishing on the Catherine C. The kids each caught a citation red drum. The Captain, Bob & First Mate, E didn't stop there and pushed on with my wife catching two huge cobias. Did we stop? No! We kept trolling and caught some good size Spanish Mackerel. We had a fantastic day today fishing with the Crew onboard the Catherine C. The boat was perfect, plenty of seating for the family. I highly recommend booking the Catherine C on your next trip to Virginia Beach.

  Great All Around Charter!

  Half Day Trip – Inshore fishing am on May 24, 2026 • 2 adults

  We signed up on an unseasonably chilly, overcast & rainy spring day so the fish weren’t biting. But Bob and his crewmate worked hard to find us a spot where the fish would cooperate but without any luck. We chose this charter for the good ratings & great things people had to say about Bob - and we’re glad we did! Bob was welcoming from the moment we arrived & apologized when the fish & the weather didn’t cooperate. Mother Nature had other plans. But we will be back! Probably a little closer to summer next time. I was in the area visiting my son who works for the Local 10 Union. We are from Michigan, so we were happy to be out on the water & just glad it wasn’t snowing! We still highly recommend Bob & this charter, no question 👍

  Highlight of our trip

  Half Day Trip – Inshore fishing am on July 10, 2026 • 5 adults • 1 child

  Captain Bob and the first mate were beyond great to my family. They catered to a group of mostly first timers on a charter boat, including my 6 year old son. They were patient and helpful every step of the way. Not only did my son get an experience in catching many fish (30+ makerel, and a 6-foot shark!), he also got an education in boating from captain Bob. We are grateful and appreciative! We would recommend this charter to anyone looking to enjoy a day of fishing, especially those that have a family with linited experience.

  Best Birthday Ever!

  I booked a trip to celebratey son’s birthday. He has only been fishing one time in his life (never caught anything). Today he caught THREE!!! The first fish of the day, a 45inch Cobia, not sure the second one but it was smaller, and the third one… A SHARK!!! Talk about one hell of a birthday!! I can’t thank Captain Bob and his crew ENOUGH for such an amazing experience, we will never ever forget this! 💙 CLEAN BOAT, SO NICE & Knowledgeable, extremely patient and encouraging when i say THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
