A great morning

Half Day Trip – Shared1 adult

Andrew is a great skipper and managed to make sure everyone on board was able to get fish even though a few were first time fishing. He was also very informative about the area and had lots of local knowledge. I highly recommend Andrews charter and will be booking again next time i am in Airlie Beach

    Awesome Trip Experience

    Half Day Trip – Shared - 11:30 AM • 2 adults

    Both my partner and I caught two baby sharks along with a couple of the red Indo snapper? our captain Andrew for the day was supper chilled and took care of us very well from untangling lines to rebating when needed and not to mention the snacks packed were pretty good too. We definitely would love to come back to Airlie and do the same chater with Andrew and his team & a big thanks to Sam as well for organising all the baground work before hand for us. Appreciate you both, yous made our trip to Airlie for the weekend very worthwhile. Our freshly caught fillited fish was definitely the highlight for us!! worth every bite after a great day fishishing, couldn’t get any fresher than that!!! 🙌🍻 Would highly recommend going with the team at Get Out & About Whitsundays Fishing & Tours Until next time well wishes, Rineta & Brayden. ☺️

    A Great Time Fishing

    Half Day Trip – Shared - 11:30 AM • 2 adults

    We went out with Captain Andrew, the most Australian man you’ll ever meet. The day was one of the windiest days and the weather didn’t cooperate, but Andrew took us to many spots to give us a chance even though we were fighting the wind. The fish were definitely a little shy with the weather change, but we still managed to catch a few. We came out to the whitsundays for our honeymoon and this was a great way to see the islands and spend some time on the water. My wife came out and also had a great time! I would highly recommend going on a charter with the get out and about crew! Even if you don’t catch anything the captain and the scenery are great!

    Great day of fishing with entertaining Captain

    went with a close friend from Nz and had a great day of fishing with another group of 3 who were from Victoria, we all caught fish so it was great. Captain cleaned and filleted our catch beautifully.

    Full Day Trip – Shared • 1 adult

    Had a great day out with Andrew today! He asked me about my goals for the day: 1. Catch some different species. 2. Catch a good sized fish for a picture and to eat. 3. Hook into something big. Andrew brought me to different spots and on the fish. At the end of the day al boxes were ticked off. Caught quite a bit of different species, caught a nice size coral trout and got sharked by a big bull shark! Worth every dollar for the fishing and the good company by Andrew ;) Highly recommended!

    Good fishing, great company, despite weather

    3/4 Day Trip – Shared • 2 adults

    It is never easy to find fish when unusual weather sets in, but Andrew has a bunch of favourite spots from which he can pick and connected us to fish. The skipper made the trip interesting and enjoyable enough that when we found an opportunity to go out the next day, we grabbed it. We will be returning customers.
