Courtney and Joe were great. Boat was immaculate and sailing was smooth. Spacious air conditioned cabin gave welcome respite to the heat from time to time. We hope to come back again and even the score with the fish!
We had an exceptional trip today. Captain Joe and First mate Courtney hosted us aboard their boat with grace, amazing efficiency, and friendly conversation. The boat is well maintained and exceptionally clean! The cabin space is very comfortable with big sofas, air conditioning, and all the drinks and comforts you need for a pleasant day on the water. We caught 2 fish today which is great for this season. We had some teenagers on the boat with us and the crew allowed them to handle all of the chair and rod time and gently taught them all of the proper techniques for landing big fish. We will definitely go out with this boat again.
My family and friend spent the day fishing with the experienced crew of the Nasty Habit. They were so great at guiding us and keeping us engaged. My youngest son has been out a few times and is yet to catch anything, but he was still happy to have gone. Captain Joe and Courtney took my sons up and showed them so many great things about the area and even some big fish tales. Although we came back empty handed we would without a doubt head out with Nasty Habit again.
Great captain and crew! This 51ft boat has an awesome fly bridge and an A/C cabin. We kept cool and extremely were comfortable, even in the August heat. Caught Ono (wahoo) and used their recommendation for a local restaurant that cooked it up...amazing, doesnt get any better or fresher than that!
The sway of the boat, the sounds of the water and the engines, the sun, and the breeze all made perfect napping conditions to refuel between the excitement of catching fish! Joe and Courtney were amazing. We would absolutely fish with them again!
Captain, crew, & boat were great. Even though the fish weren’t biting it was still a great day. Very professional and great at communicating. They changed tactics, baits, and locations trying to find fish as well as reaching out to other boats.. there was no lack of effort the fish just weren’t biting for anyone. Highly recommend the Nasty Habit for your next Kona charter
