August fishing trip

I do want to clarify a few things for anyone reading this review. The weather and wind conditions were not ideal, and knowing that the fishing was likely to be difficult, I made an effort to reschedule the trip so you would have a better experience. Unfortunately, the only alternative date available did not work for you. At the last minute, another boat had a mechanical issue, which opened up an opportunity for me to get you out, and I did everything I could to make the trip happen and accommodate your schedule. I understand that you were hoping for better fishing, and I’m disappointed that the conditions didn’t cooperate. I always want my customers to have a great experience, and when conditions or circumstances make that difficult, I do my best to find a solution. In this case, I genuinely tried to accommodate you both by offering to reschedule and then by making the trip happen when another boat became unavailable.
