We recommend booking Hounddog. Captain Artie was really good with the kids. We enjoyed a morning on the water and caught drum, redfish and flounder.
Thank you for the great review Keith! It was a great day of catching multiple species. I had a great time with you and your boys. Enjoy those black drum fillets, thanks again!
Captain Artie is an expert on fishing the Cape Fear River. He put us on to some amazing spots for catching Red Drum and Black Drum. I would highly recommend taking a trip with Artie! We will definitely be booking him on our trip next year!
Thank you for the great review Jacob! It was a great day of catching and i enjoyed having you guys on the boat! I look forward to your next trip!
My kids and I had a great time fishing with Capt. Artie. We caught plenty of fish: drum, trout, croaker, and more. He knew where to find them and was great at keeping us fishing all morning. My daughter wanted to catch her first redfish and that was very first thing we did. Afterwards, we kept talking about how great Capt. Artie was and would book another charter with him in a heartbeat.
Thats awesome Dan, it was a great trip! Thank you for the great review and I enjoyed having you all on the boat. I look forward to your next trip, thanks again!
Capt. Artie was fantastic. We caught 10 different species of fish. He put us on fish the whole trip. Our target fish was Red Drum. We caught plenty of Red Drum. Our biggest fish of the day was a black drum. Capt Artie is a great captain and will work hard for your party to catch fish and have a good time. I highly recommend.
Thank you Jeff for the great review. I enjoyed having you guys on the boat and hope we can do it again in the future! Tight Lines!!
Captain Artie is a pro!! He’s a great guide and a wonderful personality! We caught plenty of fish, but I would have had a blast anyway and would definitely recommend this trip to everyone despite their knowledge of fishing. Captain Artie did a brilliant job with our grandson as well…
Thank you James, it was a great day of catching! I enjoyed having you guys on the boat and look forward to your next trip. That was an awesome review and I appreciate it very much. PS, the crab claw is staying in the boat for awhile!😂
We went out on a real windy day so we didn't really expect to do much. The captain was able to put us on some fish and we were able to catch multiple species. Overall we had a blast and couldn't of asked for a better captain. We will be back . Thanks again!
Thank you Ron, it definitely was blowing today! I had a great time and I look forward to your next trip! I appreciate the five star review as well!
