July fishing trip

4 Hour Trip – Inshore (PM)3 adults2 children

Booked a 4hr inshore trip. Captain could not find shrimp, so was changed to a shirt offshore trip. Caught several snapper and trigger fish. One of my grandsons was not real comfortable about being that far out and complained a lot. Decided to fish inshore with squid. Kids were happy, but captain seemed like he was ready to quit and cut the trip short.

10 min short for real what ever you where lucky to catch fish like that on a cheap inshore trip . You can’t make every one happy . After I called and told you ahead of time how the trip would go and you said okay . And the give a 3.3 review what ever

    Fun Day on the Water – Great Crew, Just Temper Expectations

    3 hour fishing trip • 6 adults • 2 children

    We had a really good time on our fishing trip out of Fort Morgan Marina with Captain Rick and his deckhand, Alabama Girl. They were both fantastic — professional, friendly, and especially great with the kids. They made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The boat was in great shape and had everything we needed. It was a bit choppy out on the water, and a couple folks in our group felt a little seasick, but that’s just part of fishing sometimes. Captain Rick handled it all well and kept things moving. The catch wasn’t quite as strong as we had hoped, but we did land some fish and got to take them home for dinner. Once we got back, the crew cleaned and prepped the fish for us, which was a much-appreciated touch. All in all, a great trip with a great crew. Just remember: fishing is fishing — you won’t always catch as much as you’d like or reel in the exact species you’re hoping for. That’s no fault of the captain or the equipment. If you go in with realistic expectations and a good attitude, you’ll have a memorable day on the water.

    Wanted to try red snapper fishing so booked it. Had a great experience. Fish were plentiful and fun to catch! Captain Rick’s communication was great and fun to be with. Anyone looking for fun lowkey fishing this is it.

    this was our first ever deep sea fishing trip and captin rick took great care of us. we caught our limit of snapper. we will be coming back agin next year.
