Went on a four hour trip on a very windy day. Due to the wind we stayed in shore. We quickly ended in an area populated by Yellow Jacks. Between the four of us we caught about 25-30 of them keeping 3 or 4. We also kept a few mutton and mangrove snappers. After the bite slowed down we caught and released 3 sharks. It was a very enjoyable day when not many boats ventured out. The Captain was efficient and friendly. I highly recommend Coolwater II.

Great experience on the 1/2 day trip - Captain Joe was great even with 1/2 of us ralphing during the trip secondary an aggressive night prior (lol). Caught two big AJ’s and 12 yellowtail’s! I’d recommend Fish Key West

I seldom fish, so it was nice to have someone with patience helping me out. Captain John’s the man!  He took me to a great spot, and I started catching, right off the bat.  I wanted to catch a variety of fish, and that’s what I got.  I caught Yellow Jack, Yellow Tail Snapper, Red and Black Grouper, and a couple that I don’t remember the name of.  I enjoyed a great day of fishing, and conversation.  Thanks John!!

Had a very active afternoon on the Coolwater II.  My girlfriend and I landed 14 fish each in just a few hours. Different versions of Snapper, Porgi, Grunts were all caught. Nothing really big this trip but lots of activity. We highly recommend these guys

We had the most incredible experience. John asked what types of fish my two older boys wanted to dish for before we started and boy did he deliver. They caught at least 12 Mahi Mahi so many we only kept four larger fish. Captain John was hands down the most knowledgeable, professional and fun captain we have ever had and we have had many fishing charters!! I highly recommend Captain John!
