The Deepstar Charter crew were a great bunch of blokes. They gave a good introduction to the safety procedures while we were on the boat. The equipment and bait we used was adequate for catch fishing. A range of baits were provided (Squid, etc…) so we could choose the bait the fish were consuming. We moved to several spots to catch a range of fish; Snapper, John Dory, Terakihi, Trevalley… Once bites went a bit quiet and we communicated the crew were willing to move to other fishing spots of...
