My 10-year-old son and I took the six hour trip. It was his first fishing experience and it was a lot of fun. He caught two fish, which made his in my day. The crew was very nice and helpful. Fisher, the youngest member of the crew was very helpful and help to initiate my sons first catch. We had to make four or five stops to catch fish. For whatever reason they were not biting as much as we would have liked. We were excited to come home with dinner for the family, which made my son very excited. We did not take home as much fish as we thought we would have, especially with the good tips we provided.

I suggest asking for more fish (I didn’t ask) and possibly giving the tips to the crew by hand rather than the bucket (I put in bucket). We saw other people who gave smaller tips got bigger bags of fish with the same amount of people in their party.

I would go on this trip again as we had a fun time and the price was very reasonable. It is not a private or personalized tour, which is also fine.
