Three of us fished with JD May 4th. There had been a significant amount of rain, which impacted the bite. JD worked hard to put us on fish, and although we didn’t catch our limit, it was not because JD wasn’t working. We got on some fish toward the end of the trip which made it all worth while. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOOKING A TRIP WITH JD. We had a really good time Joel

We usually fish in Texoma chasing Birds and school of Striper, so most of the time guides just running the boat to find them and we fish quite a short time… But we enjoyed pretty much of bait fishing and especially Umbrella rig trolling which worked quite well for catching big fishes!!  We strongly recommend to go out with Captain Dorsey!!

We’d definitely book with JD again. He’s a fun captain who knows the lake well. Good communicator. Our family had a blast!

It was windy and cold but JD was a great experience and as courteous as they come, we are just people and can’t control the weather and we knew the possibility of cold and wind, but we still caught fish and had a great time doing it. Thanks JD see you next year
