Captain Wil and Tim were great and couldnt have provided a better trip. They kept us moving and reeling and we caught nearly our full alloted amount of mahi. I would recommend this ship to all my friends and family.

Starting off we had a GREAT TIME. Tim on the lines (5 Stars) We all Loved him. Bill on the helm (5 Stars) He did a great job getting us on the fish. So why the 2 stars? That is because of 4:57 Sunday Afternoon. IF anyone who knows me were asked to describe me in one word, Rude would never be mentioned. However at 4:57 Sunday I received, A text, A phone call (didn’t recognize so didn’t answer) was left a voice mail, And an email all at 4:57. 2 of the 3 messages described me as being rude. The following is my understanding of what was left for me.  I was told I did not tip enough and that the crew’s ONLY source of income for the day was the tip. This is my 2nd deep sea fishing trip, and the first wasn’t in NC. IF there was some print saying such in the booking process I am sorry I missed it. It was an honest mistake. Had someone said, “Dan can I have a word with you?” Then asked if I missed the print, or something else and explained things to me I would have taken care of situation.

From this day forward if anyone asks me, “How was your fishing trip?” The first thing that will come to mind is being called Rude (Over a misunderstanding). Then I will reply, ” It was good.”

SO YES I recommend the boat and the crew. JUST make sure you know the cost is not $2K.

“There is always a first. Capt Will brought the tip up to you nicely after the trip- face to face.” Who is Capt Will? There were 2 guys on the boat. Unless I misunderstood them I thought their names were Tim and Bill. Now if Bill is Capt Will then he and I never talked at all. After everything was unloaded Tim asked, “How are we going to settle the rest of the bill?” I still had $1800 left on payment on trip. I walked up and pulled out my card and he explained where to go to pay the balance as well as pay for the fish cleaning. As for your comment, “A MISUNDERSTANDING? AND YOU ARE GOING TO BERATE US FOR YOUR IGNORANCE? And attempt to hurt our business because your feelings were hurt? Or because you got called out on your ignorance.” The answer to that is NO I am not going to Berate you for my ignorance. I am calling you out for you lack of Tact in the matter. Instead of sending A Text, A call, and an Email calling me rude was VERY UNPROFENSIONAL. A phone call and since I didn’t answer a voice mail saying, “Dan can you give us a call there was a small problem with the bill?” That would have gotten a quick response.

Now as for your next part.. “50.00 between four guys? Less than 20.00 a piece? Seriously? You can’t be that ignorant.”
  WHAT 4 guys? We saw 2 on board for the whole trip. I called Capt Jon before the trip asking him,” How many people including the yourself will there be? so I could ‘Shake each of their hands afterwards’ if you know what I mean?” He told me there would be just 2. So after the trip I shook Tim and Bill’s hands each and gave them $50 EACH.

Now you may have been at, This along time..  However you SERIOUSLY need to work on your people skill.
