*First spot usually holds some good pan frying which we saw a few of unfortunately all were too small ! *Second Fishing spot 2-3 missed ! *Third Fishing spot 1 fish was missed *4th Fishing spot one big fish (Jack Crevalle OR Bull Redfish) hooked up by grandson which got off after stripping off approximately 100 yards of line off small spinning reel. After 26 years in business and having run well over 4000 Fishing Charters in that time - unfortunately I (and all captains I know) do have days on the water when the bite is simply tough as it was the morning of your trip. EVERY spot fished on your trip holds good fish. On this particular day (the day of your trip) I spoke with 2 other charter captains (the same Captains that we fished by) that fished in same areas that we fished - both had very tough morning with clients each hooking up on a Jack Crevalle and one captain having caught only 1 small throwback Redfish. Very sorry you were not happy with your fishing trip and thank you for your opinion. I hope you, your sons and family enjoyed your visit to the MS Coast👍🏻

Captain Scott was great! Fish were a bit slow on bitting and nothing of great size but he made up for it with his knowledge of the area and desire to learn about us. Had a great time, and would certainly do it again.

The Reds weren’t biting too well but still managed to land a couple good sharks and a nice sting ray. Although it was a slower day, still had a great time out on the water. Can’t catch ‘em all everyday. Captain Mike and his deckhand was a pleasure to be around and his boat/equipment was as good as they come. Would definitely get back out on the water with him.

We had a great experience on the Impulsive with Captain Scott and Tyler! We caught our limit of redfish very early, then moved in shore to catch light tackle. The Captain and crew were super friendly and professional. They put us right over fish, and they may as well have been jumping in the boat! We will most definitely book again when we head back to the coast!

Captain Scott was very knowledgeable about where to catch the red fish. He was extremely kind with great intentions but did come off slightly pushy to the women onboard. This is likely due to his desire to keep his boat and equipment in tip top shape which is admirable but could likely be delivered more respectfully. Would still 10/10 recommend.

Very sorry you got this idea !! I’m as true a gentleman as it gets !! Sorry you were not on my boat on your trip date you may have gotten another perspective of our trip and how hospitable I truly was to the crew you had in my boat. This captain will spoil you rotten! Treated us like a cross between royalty, old friends and favorite neighbors! We caught fish and lots of them! He knows the waters and is superior at his job. Kept the boat inaccurate and handled it like a pro! Made sure we had fun and will want to return regularly! And we will!
