This is another classic example of somebody looking for away around the system. This Person called us directly two to three times looking for the best deal and was told to book online or Through Fishing Bookers by our own fishing girl. We first off tried to make an attempt to save him money by consolidating to one boat which we completely understand they were not a part of but then when it comes time to pay an argument in Sue’s because this guy won’t even give us a chance to explain herself on how we do not take the deposit it is directly paid to Fishing Bookers. After being rude to both the girl on the phone and our booking girl we had to have one of our captains explain in detail how it works and was credited $35 which is not the deposit that we take Justice move the situation over. We had a great day on the water we caught fish everybody was happy until we hit the dock and this individual thought we were ripping him off when in fact he just did not understand how it worked. After two people talk to you and Jason himself came down and talk to you and explained it you still feel like you were getting ripped off.  I’m sure everybody else on the boat had a great time as two of the people real in the biggest fish in their lifetime said they’ll be back every year and had the best time ever but yeah we get two stars because you want to criticize us over a deposit that we don’t take.  Classic example you can’t make everybody happy but yet we still go above and beyond to do everything we can to make people happy and sometimes it’s just not good enough even if it is over.
