Captain and boat were fine, but Fishing trips Cancun double booked us so we started our 4 hr trip an hour late. The representative from Cancun fishing trips that renegotiated the price with us was rude and didn’t seem to care about our experience at all. Needless to say after driving out and back we were left with very little time to snorkel and 0 time to fish. The Captain and first mate were ok tho, in the future book with the rental companies.

Hey Justin ! Captain told me you didn’t want to fish at all, only snorkel so no need to say 0 time to fish if you guys didn’t wanted to tho! 2 - you didn’t pay the full amount even we solve the double booking issue in less than 1 hour! We take 30 min of your time which in fact cost us more than 50 usd on a considerable cheap price for a fishing ride as you paid $200 usd ! So In my opinion you guys were no nice at all was kind of abuse from your part, even we did everything so... More

The captain and crew understood exactly what I wanted to do and did not waste any time getting me busy. Got me on fish and kept me on the fish. If the pictures don’t say enough, It was an amazing trip and experience. I only wish I had more cash to tip the crew more. I will definitely be looking to book with these guys again!!!
