These are fish that I caught. I am a freshwater fisherman. I told the captain I wanted to catch big fish, didn’t have to be alot, didn’t have to be keepers, just one that I wanted a good story and a good picture with. We went 9 miles out and we used cut Frozen squid and Frozen sardines didn’t even have live bait or fresh bait all we caught was a bunch of 8 to 10 in mutton snappers so at the end of the day we went in closer to Shore and he threw about 12 pieces of chum out in expected sharks... My apologies but you also wanted a lot of fish to take home and you wanted a picture with a “big” fish. On a 4hr trip when the water is 87 degrees the fish that are available are the grey snapper which you took home and shark and some mackerel which you also took home. Fish do not always cooperate they way we’d like. That’s why it’s called fishing and not catching . We also stayed out an extra 30 minutes so we tried.
