Half day with half effort
I know you don't catch fish every time you go fishing but I have been fishing long enough to know when the effort is not there. The entire time we were out we had a rough go of fishing but there was no effort on the side of the crew. One guy sat on his phone the entire time while we drove around in circles near buoys. Not once was there an attempt to change tactics. No lure or bait changes, no change in lure depth or distance from the boat. Just trolling in circles for hours on end. They also took us back an hour early. We were compensated for our hour but hopefully you save your money and not book this trip.
Hi Nicolas, here Eugenio , I’m very sorry to hear all that, sometimes I’m not myself in the trip and this reviews help me to improve my crew, we have several buoys (fads) at 6000ft deep and usually there you find the fish, it’s a floating device with palm tree leaves so bait stays there , and pelagic loves those spots , we allways start fishing with different lures , and different depths and distance so when we have a fish on we can know better what are they eating , sometimes the fish is no there so we continue going to the next one, I will take action with that captain cause it’s the second time somebody tell me something similar . I understand that all of this won’t happen when there is fish biting , and we are going to put bottom fishing equipment so the next case pelagic is not on our spots we can go bottom fishing , have a nice day
