OK so I started my day picked up at the hotel at 7:30 in the morning. And I made our way through the city. End up in the marina. We Started are day trolling for cat fish lost a monster but ended up catching two that I wanted . Well worth the trip .

Our guide Tomas was excellent. We first tried a smaller area and caught 2 types of catfish, had something large enough that it bent a hook almost straight. When we were there for a bit, he switched us to a more open area and we hit another species of catfish and 4 Golden Dorados were landed. Bait type was switched and he put us on the fish. Onboard, we had a light breakfast/snack of pastries, coffee and midday a cheese and meat selection. Great time!

This fishing trip was super great and we had a very nice day out on my husband’s birthday. Our captain, Thomas (not sure that I have the correct spelling) was super nice and welcoming. He took us to two locations and we catched 14 fish and thereoff five species: golden dorado, catfish, tarrarina and two more that I cannot remember the names off. And my husband got a birthday cake with a candle on it. We loved it and thank you!
