We had a hard time getting hooked up into anything. But it wasn’t just us. Capt. John and his grandson threw everything they had at em but nobody else seemed to have much success today either. Tyler I’m truly sorry that you didn’t enjoy your trip, Capt John kept you out on the water longer then you were book. We had a weather advisory and we worked around it to accommodate your needs . We all know nothing can be done about Mother Nature, although the captain should have known that a cloud didn’t mean we had to cut our trip a hour short. The sun has been shinning since we got back to shore. We only went three miles out! Listening to him and his friends talk about - at least you got the deposit doesn’t do much for customer service! DISAPPOINTED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!! Three of my grands first trip out and it blown by an adult!!

As I told you on the phone before your charter ,that we could have canceled the trip or you could have gone 3 miles to 5 miles out. I spoke with both you and your husband about this…I can’t help that a hurricane is coming up the coast. .According to our records your trip was only shortened by 15 minutes due to lighting . And According to the video the kids had a great... More
