Well the trip started off bad. We get in the boat and the captain said we needed to square up on the balance, I agreed. He sat next to me and said,”$600”. I said, “no, it’s $552. He again said “$600”. I said “no, the balance is $552”. He then aggressively said, “$600!!”. I told him he was wrong, but I was going to pay him even though he was wrong and I would just take it out of his tip. The mate asked if we had a copy of the receipt and my wife gladly produced it. He did end up refunding the $48 but only went out 22 miles. We trolled for 7 hours without not even one bite. No tuna, nothing!  We were told the next day that we should have started at 28 miles and went to 40 to find the fish. I think he was just pissed at me and decided to show me. I felt like I threw away $690. I will never fish with him again.

Jorge and Will tried hard but the fishing was horrible.  That’s the risk of going offshore.
