I apologize that the tarpon didn’t eat.tarpon and jack crevile can be unpredictable and constantly changing tactics is not the best approach. You had a certain bait and your buddy had a different bait. Both tried and true. I was happy as a guide that the large school of tarpon that we stayed in for 3 hrs kept rolling and allowing us to get shots.  Every fishery is different. This is not trout fishing and entomology. We were on he water for almost 5 hrs. I’m not sure what the 90 minute comment is about.
