Booked for three hours am trip for Sil, my wife and myself. We are from Oregon an dSil is from Minnesota so very hard to do a day on the pier with out the knowledge and gear. Captain Steven is excellent. Kind, full of excitement and knows his stuff which makes for a fun time. It could not have been better. Highly recommend this experience even for those who think they know everything about fishing. Well worth the cost.

Hi Dave, Thanks for the great review and appreciate you booking with me and enjoyed fishing with you all! I was a bit concerned with the 48 degree temp that morning but as I’ve seen in the past, you can’t always predict the conditions, and the impacts on your fishing success. I was a bit concerned with the 48 degree temp that morning but as I’ve seen in the past, you can’t always predict the conditions, and the impacts on your fishing success. I booked a land fishing trip since I was bringing 2 little kids with me and didn’t think they would enjoy a long boat ride. Capt. Steven met us on a beautiful beach and had everything set up and ready for us. He was quick to bait my hook when I needed it, and spent a good deal of time explaining how to find a good fishing spot, and how to properly fish with his tackle. Unfortunately my boys were not interested in fishing that day, so I was fishing solo and had a great time!

Captain Steve is fantastic. He is knowledgeable, patient, and Courteous. We had a great time and picked up a number of tips and tricks for our future endeavors. We caught a few keepers which Captain Steve filleted for us. The group was myself and my 9yr daughter. He was fantastic with her, he was there when she had a fish on the line, but allowed her to do the work. If you are new or interested in fishing from the shore this is the way to go.
