It was a overall great trip, we even got to go out 2 hours early. Water was beautiful and not choppy. Crew was nice caught some nice fish, was 30$ to clean all the fish which was a good deal. Only thing that might have been a con, was felt kinda of rushed and don’t know if it was because it being a birthday for one of the crew members but hardly got any pictures. But I would definitely go again

My wife and I had never been fishing on any of the Great Lakes. This was not just a fishing trip to Lake Erie. This was an experience that pulled me away from the cube farm and gave me and my wife a shared experience that we will never forget.
I cannot thank JT and his First Mate for all the help, instruction, and great conversation and, most importantly their vigilance in some of the more crowded areas where we were fishing. To sum up the experience I would state that I left in a peaceful state of mind with a freezer full of Yellow Perch.

JT son Jerry was our guide,, he was friendly, enthusiastic and wanted us to succeed.he absolutely put in 💯 effort to ensure our trip was a success. He was patient with my brother who has some limitations physically. We caught some monsters as well. We will definitely be using him again.

The water was rough & choppy. The fish were not biting well at all anywhere. We could here Capt. John talking with other Captains all trying to figure out where the fish were & what depths & retrieval speeds were working etc. Capt John did everything in his power to make sure we enjoyed our trip and were catching fish.  Ultimately I am pretty certain we outfitted all other charters thanks to Capt. John’s knowledge of the fishery and area as a whole.  We did not limit out but came very close and most of the fish were big fish!

If you’re looking to stock the freezer with delicious walleye, look no further! Thanks to JT we caught our limit in 2 hours. This was our first time walleye fishing and didn’t know what to expect. JT showed us what to do and not long after we were slinging fish left and right. I know we had a wonderful guide because I could hear the other boats radioing in asking what we were doing right! We were definitely one of the most successful charters that day. Honestly, it was such a blast! Really enjoyed meeting JT, he’s the real deal.
