To start the first hour of our trip our captain drove our boat to different bait shops to purchase bait and there was no fishing in the meantime. After the hour our Captain managed to buy Frozen bait which before booking it clearly states “live Bait PROVIDED” we then proceeded the next hour to hour in a half fishing for the live bait we needed right off the side of a restaurant which is also accessible from a parking lot and do not need a boat. After catching 1 fish for bait then we proceeded to a real fishing spot out into the sea with the last remaining hour we had where we later were told upon dropping anchor there was only 2 fishing rods for the 6 people that booked so the other 4 people had to sit and basically watch and this was due lines crossing if a fish is caught but when casting the lines the Captain casted them right next to each other so that made no sense.
Overall We had a good 30 minutes to maybe an hour of proper fishing that is expected when booking a charter with the things that were advertised but wasted a good 2-3 hours getting the Bait that should have been ready to go upon boarding the boat (as advertised)

After reaching out to the captain that booked us he mentioned thats what they usually do to provide “fresh bait” but there would have been no live bait if we never caught any.
Feels like we got scammed out of our time and wasn’t a great first experience.
