Bobby Lavender is your captain! Weโve never experienced such a kind, generous and committed host. He called us the day before our charter and recommended changing our departure time in order for the children to enjoy cooler temperatures. He was spot on! It was dark as we pulled away from the pier (Bobby arrived exactly in-time, as promised) and soon we were watching the sunrise across the bay. Spectacular! Next, he took us to a โsweet spotโ where he was confident the children (ages 5, 7 and 8) would experience the best fishing. Boy, was he on target. We pulled in a huge variety of fish and every catch was a joy. Bobby taught us so much. We also saw stingrays, sharks and dolphins. What?!? Yep, it was that good. We returned to the dock in time to say our goodbyes then head to breakfast to celebrate our stories. Bobby Lavender is a very special man and Iโm so thankful we had this experience with him.
