We booked this trip as a late birthday present for my 13yo son. My father in-law, son, and I went together and wasn’t sure what to expect booking a charter like this. Capt. Max immediately got in contact with us and provide all of the information for us to prepare for the day and how to get to the boat dock. He was extremely friendly and made each one of us feel welcome and comfortable. You can tell he has a passion for fishing and truly loves sharing great experiences with others. He provided lots of information on what we was hoping to catch and even about lots of other fish that we would not be able to keep. We was unable to catch a larger king fish on our trip but came away with a few smaller ones that we got to bring home. Catching a few sharks also made the experience fun too. If you are looking for a charter for a small group of adults or a group with kids I highly recommend Capt. Mac. His ability to talk with younger kids about fishing made our trip even better.
