  Great trip on private charter

  4 Hour PM Fishing Trip on September 12, 2026 • 3 adults

  What a great experience. It started when we changed our time to 9am instead of 1pm due to storms in the forcast. And they came. My nephew, my niece and myself were treated fantastic on the boat by Captain Good and by first mate Kailyn. She did a great job helping us in everyway. Capt. Mike put us on the fish everytime we moved. back to back fish. We had to throw about a dozen back due to the size of the Grouper. But it was fun catching them..They baited ever hook and removed every fish. We came home with a huge bag of fish he fileted for us. We going back and we recommend them for a great trip!!!

  Capt Good was Great!

  Half Day 4 Hour Trip on June 24, 2026 • 5 adults • 1 child

  We had an awesome fishing trip and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We caught several grouper along with a variety of other fish, which made for an exciting day on the water. Captain Good was knowledgeable, thorough, and made sure everyone was taken care of from start to finish. He worked hard to keep us on the fish and made the trip enjoyable for everyone onboard. First Mate Cole was outstanding. He was attentive, friendly, and always there to help with bait, tackle, and landing fish. His hard work and positive attitude really made a difference. If you’re looking for a professional crew that works hard and wants you to have a successful trip, I highly recommend booking with Captain Good and First Mate Cole. We’ll definitely be back!

  Amazing Experience

  4 Hour PM Fishing Trip on June 16, 2026 • 6 adults • 1 child

  We booked a nearshore trip with 2 Shea Fishing and came home with great memories, lots of fish, and a newfound appreciation for Dramamine. From the first message, 2 Shea was fantastic. Communication was quick, helpful, and detailed, which made planning the trip easy and stress-free. On the water, Captain Andrew and first mate Cole (hope I got that right ?) were the perfect combination of professional, knowledgeable, funny, and patient. We had a group of 3 adults and 3 teens, and they made sure everyone was involved, having fun, and catching fish. Whether it was helping bait hooks, untangling lines, or celebrating a catch, they never seemed rushed or bothered. The crew did an excellent job balancing safety with a relaxed, fun atmosphere. A few members of our group discovered that their sea legs may have been left on shore, but Andrew and Cole were incredibly attentive—making sure they had water, access to shade, and were doing okay, while still keeping the rest of us fishing and having a great time. As for the fishing, it exceeded every expectation we had. We caught grouper, red snapper, blowfish, and even a nurse shark. One thing that really stood out was how much they seemed to care that we had a memorable experience. They even took photos for us throughout the trip so we could stay focused on the fun. We've done plenty of family activities and excursions over the years, and this was easily one of the highlights. If you're looking for a fishing charter with a great captain, a fantastic mate, plenty of laughs, and a crew that genuinely wants you to succeed, book with 2 Shea Fishing. We'll definitely be back. Next time, we'll just be a little more prepared for the waves than the fish were.

  amazing experience!

  4 Hour PM Fishing Trip on June 10, 2026 • 5 adults • 2 children

  We could not have been more impressed. Captain Andrew and his nephew Cole were amazing. We were catching fish like crazy, and they were always there to either re-bate or take fish off the lines. If we were snagged they quickly took over and handed us another pole ready to go. If the fish stopped biting, we moved to another spot. Each spot seemed just as good, if not better than the last. My husband and I had our three teenage boys (ages 19, 17, and 14) and it is their favorite part of our trip. We did the 4 hour trip and it was the perfect length of time. We caught so many fish, at least half way into our trip we were just catching and releasing, We had already caught more than enough for dinner. Once we returned, they cleaned all the fish, wrapped it up on ice, and recommended several places we could go to have it prepared. Again, the fish and the food were amazing. cooked to perfection 🤌, the best fresh fish dinner 😋! All around, a perfect experience. It was a beautiful day, out on the ocean, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

  Great Captain, Great Boat, Great Trip

  Had an awesome experience with 2 Shea Charters on a 5-hour trip. Jason was our captain and did a fantastic job. Frank was great as well. The boats were clean, comfortable, and very capable for offshore trips when weather allows. If your goal is bigger fish and more keepers, I’d definitely suggest booking at least 5+ hours and discussing seasonality, limits, and target species ahead of time. Jason is extremely knowledgeable, respectful of the ocean, and passionate about what he does. Would absolutely book again.
