Dear Sirs, The fishing trip did not correspond in any way to what you advertise. The fish that are listed in your brochure do not exist on this coast according to your guide. We only caught 5 small hogfish, that is not a fishing trip for this price. We cannot recommend it to others, and the captain of this boat did not have much experience of fishing or places where fish are found.
Dear Johann Kapper I'm sorry that the service you received was rated so poorly, because in fact this comment does not correspond to the truth: They said they were experienced fishermen, so they were taken to reference spots, and they didn't demonstrate that experience, namely they didn't even let the line reach the bottom to be able to catch the fish, moreover, sometimes they pulled the line to see the bait and didn't even realize they had fish on the hook. We tried several times to give them help and they always refused. From the start, they took a superior stance, even refusing to hand over the snack in a hostile manner. We tried several spots, showing them the amount of fish in the area so that they would be sure they were in a fishing zone, but in reality a lack of humility can cause this. On the way out, we had to worry about one of the customers who hadn't been fishing but had been vomiting the whole time. Learn that, superstition or not, bananas on board fishing boats are bad luck. We hope that in future experiences like this, you will be more humble so as not to harm those who honestly work to provide the best possible service to their clients.
