We had so much fun, conditions turned on for us. Jim had great communication, easily kept us baited and hooking up. Even when things got a little chaotic he kept his cool. Also very informative. Spectacular scenery and again, so much fun. Would highly recommend going with Jim, would also go with him again the next time I'm in airlie beach.
We had an amazing family day out fishing. Jim was fantastic to deal with from the start communicating clearly throughout the whole way through. We originally booked earlier in the week but Jim suggested we postponed due to the weather and it turned out to be the best decision we ended up with a beautiful day caught plenty of fish. Everyone on board landed one. Jim was more than a fishing guide he shared great local knowledge about the islands in the area along the way. I’d highly recommend doing this trip at the start of your holiday Jim can point you in the right direction of what to do and where to go, overall a great day out thanks a lot Jim. my 2 brothers and I took our old man out for his birthday, we had 2 request fill the esky and fish till we drop! boy did captain jim deliver! we were on good sized good eating fish all day! he made it easy for us by baiting our lines and giving great tips on targeting the local species, special mention jim’s wife packed some bithday cupcakes for dad, that was a lovely personal touch. thanks jim!
When booking the trip for my partners birthday I mentioned that I wanted to get the birthday boy onto a big fish, and Jim made it happen! He was so stoked! Would highly recommend 🎣
Caught lots of fish, was a nice touch with the offer of morning tea but we didn't even have time to eat any because we were flat out catching fish. Host was a nice bloke who had a lot of good recs for the local area. He even filleted the fish for us at the end to take home. Well worth the money for the morning.
Capt Jim did a great job ensuring we caught QUALITY fish today ...and he didn't disappoint! He knew where to go for the best fish. My son and I catch the biggest Jewies ever! Nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend and will be returning!! Thanks Jim!😊👍
