What a great trip out , my friend , his son and myself had such a great time. Captain put us on fish right away and we caught a variety of fish it was a great time had by all. Already looking forward to planning our next trip out with Captain Reed.

We genuinely could not have asked for a better experience with Captain Robert! From the moment we booked our trip, Robert was incredibly communicative and helpful. He reached out beforehand with everything we needed to know, gave us clear directions for meeting him at the marina, and had water, ice, tackle, and licensing all taken care of. Everything felt easy and organized from beginning to end… which made it even easier for us to just show up and enjoy the morning. This trip was especially important to us because we were in Fort Myers celebrating our minimoon, and I had never fished before in my life. My husband, Corey, really wanted me to catch my first fish on this trip and Robert absolutely made that happen, multiple times at that! He was incredibly patient with me, explained what I needed to do in a way that was easy to understand, helped whenever I needed it, and never made being a complete beginner feel intimidating. By the end of the trip, I had caught around 4–5 different species, including catfish, trout, snapper, and snook. Going from never catching a fish to catching several different kinds in one morning was such a fun experience! What really stood out, though, was that Robert wasn't just taking us out on a boat and putting fishing rods in our hands. He genuinely knows the area and knows how to create a great experience. He took us to different spots, knew where to look for fish, shared stories and information about the islands and surrounding waterways, and gave us little tips and explanations along the way. You can tell he has a ton of knowledge and experience, but he explains things in a way that works whether you've been fishing for years or, like me, have absolutely no idea what you're doing. He was also just fun to spend the morning with. Conversation was easy, we laughed, learned a lot, and even ended up talking about our next big trip to the Pacific Northwest, which turned into Robert giving us recommendations and tips for that adventure too. It felt personal rather than like we were simply another booking on his calendar. And most importantly…. we caught sowm dang fish and had a blast doing it! 🎣 For anyone comparing charters in the Fort Myers/Sanibel area, especially if you're a beginner, a couple looking for something fun to do together, or simply want a captain who is knowledgeable, personable, prepared, and genuinely invested in giving you a great day on the water, book with Captain Robert. My first-ever fishing trip set the bar pretty high. 😂 We will absolutely reach out to him again the next time we're in Fort Myers and cannot recommend him enough. Thank you, Captain Robert, for helping make our minimoon (and my first fishing experience) one we'll always remember! P.S. Corey can officially say he accomplished his mission of getting me to catch my first fish. 😂

We had a great half day trip with Captain Rob. Unfortunately due to the cold front and the water temp we didn’t bring in a whole lot, but we knew that going into it. It was gonna be a tough one out there for everyone. I know a handful of Guide’s got skunk to that day due to the conditions, but Captain Rob still got a fish or two for all of us. Boat was clean and rode great. Equipment was really solid as well. Would definitely book with him again when the water warms up a little bit but would recommend booking to anyone on the fence. He had a great attitude and kept us entertained the whole time. Very nice and likable. Thanks again captain!

Captain Rob put us on the fish. He knew exactly where to go and what bait to use. We caught multiple species of fish and we had some Trout keepers! He is great with kids and showed them a great experience. We will definitely be using Captain Rob's services in the future!

Rob was fantastic, very knowledgeable and found us some great fishing!! We caught several trout and baby sharks! It was so fun! We had several trout keepers that we took to The Lazy Flamingo, per Rob's recommendation, and it was delicious! I highly recommend this fishing experience.

Great experience. Captain Rob was wonderful. A great teacher for my boys 10 and 13 teas old. We caught Sea Trout, Snook and Mackeral. Captain Rob new right where to go and what technique to use. At one point we were catching fish each cast.
