Captain Nick put us on fish. Party of 3 inexperienced saltwater anglers. Nick worked very hard ensuring we were baited up at all times. Many of what we caught were used as bait for Goliath Grouper. One of two hook sets yielded a 50#’r and the other broke off. Mackeral, Baracuda, Jack Crevalle, Mangrove Snapper were also caught. 4 hr trip wasn’t enough. 6 hour next time. Nick was fantastic.. There are a lot of fishing charters in this area!  We selected Calusa Fishing Charters because the reviews said Captain Nick put his guests on fish quick! We loaded the boat and were catching fish within 10 minutes of being on the water. Joseph worked extremely hard to make the trip for my son and I one we’ll surely remember.  He is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and fishing in general.  Great guy all around and I would highly recommend him in a heartbeat.  We plan to book him again next time we’re down!
