The captain was fun
While the captain was great with outlrx7 year old grandson, we were only able to catch one fish in four hours. And this service could not fillet our catch. This is the first fishing charter I have been on that could not fillet the fish that we caught.
Thank you, David, for the review. I am very glad Johnny was great with your grandson. I am sorry that only one fish was caught, and unfortunately, the fish caught was over size limit per South Carolina DNR regulations to be able to fillet/keep the fish. Capt. Johnny did take the full trip to help your grandson try to learn and catch fish while you and your wife did not fish at all. We do not discriminate against our captains, and I am not sure if the color of my captain hindered you wanting to fish, but, more fish could have probably been caught if you and your wife fished while Johnny helped your grandson. Your grandson did catch on quickly, and while we do focus on the children to pass on our expertise to the young ones, it does help with catching fish to have more rods in the water.
