Captain was great. We were first timers and the captain was patient with us and showed us how to do it. We all caught are limit of snapper, unfortunately we had to run from a hungry dolphin all day. I took my 90+ year old grandmother and with the help from captain and crew she was able to board the boat and have a great time on the water. This is a memory our family will treasure forever. Thank you!

We had a great time with Captain Sara and her crew. They knew exactly how to guide us, taking us to great spots and leaving when the time was appropriate. We had a multigenerational group with our youngest being 10 years old. Everyone had a great time!

We heard fish on a lot! We caught 41 fish in a couple hours. We chose the 4 hour trolling trip. The mackerel, Spanish mackerel and king mackerel were biting. Sara was a great captain and she had a celebrity deck hand(her husband Mitch) on board to help pull in all the fish in. We will be scheduling a longer trip next year for bottom/deep sea fishing.
We started the day fishing for red snapper. On the third spot we tried we caught our limit and pulled in some fish that were not targeted but still fun to catch. We finished with some trolling and added a king mackerel to the catch.

thanks for the review!! Great pics

Captain Sara and Cadence were amazing! we will 100% book with then again!!!

Enjoyed the trip with yall!
Captain Sara Griffin was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida, where her father and grandfather got her hooked on fishing. She started working on charter boats after high school, 'rowing' her way up from cleaning the boat, working as a deckhand, and becoming a first mate. Now, she's the owner and captain of her very own charter. She loves nothing more than helping young, budding anglers catch their first or biggest fish. Capt. Sara feels that being a female charter operator really sets her apart from other captains, and loves the idea that she is opening doors for other keen fisherwomen who might want to do the same thing. Her enthusiasm and passion for her work mean that every customer that steps aboard Summer Hunter is made to feel welcomed and in safe hands. Guests usually leave her charter not only with an impressive catch, but also feeling like they've made a new friend!
