With Maryanne Fishing Charters, you get to experience Chesapeake Bay fishing at its best! Next time you're in Oxford, MD, don't miss out on the chance to sail out with Captain Gary.

He's been catching fish in these waters ever since he could hold a rod, and he's one of the best guides you'll find in the area. Whether you're a seasoned angler or a complete novice, get ready for a day full of adventure.

You'll fish aboard a 40' Robbins commercial boat that can accommodate up to 6 guests. She's powered by a 500 HP Cummins engine that reaches speeds of up to 32 knots. The boat is equipped with the latest navigational electronics, trolling gear, and a live bait tank. To give you better support during the hardest battles, sit tight in the fighting chair!

To make trips comfortable for everyone, there's also a private toilet, an air-conditioned cabin, and enough space to welcome wheelchair-bound anglers. You'll also be accompanied by the first mate, who'll make sure your equipment is always ready.

Capt. Gary has lots of different equipment that will allow you to switch up techniques and make the trip as challenging as you want it to be. Go after Striped Bass, Bluefish, Black Drum, Spanish Mackerel, Spotted Seatrout, Weakfish, and more.

Getting ready for the trip won't take much of your time, since the captain covers most of the things you'll need – your fishing license, equipment, water, and catch cleaning service. Feel free to bring other beverages and snacks, and don't forget your sun protection.

We’ve fished multiple times with Capt Gary and each time he worked tirelessly to put us onto fish. Great catches, a great day on the water. Looking forward to our next outing!

Never seen an 8 year old (and me) haul in so many big fish!!
Full Day Trip on July 8, 20211 adult3 children

Awesome everything. Cap’t Roger and Cap’t Ira created an amazing, fun and high adrenaline trip (full bass quota in an hour. Wow). Cap’t Roger even set us up to have our catch at local restaurant (and the restaurant tells me there are only a few Captains they will do that for). Thank you to you both - see you next year and congratulations on getting my little one hooked!!

Captain Roger & Captain Ira
Full Day Trip on June 7, 20216 adults

The trip could not have been any better. The communication before the trip was really great. They put us right on the fish, and when a spot would dry up they would get us right back on them quickly. We caught our limit by 9am. Crew was really knowledgable and friendly. Whole group had an awesome time and will use these guys again. Highly recommend to anyone

Fish on! Rock fishing with Captain Gary
Full Day Trip on August 3, 20216 adults

Captain Gary knew exactly where to go to get us our limit. This was my first time fishing and I took my elderly father out for his birthday. The captain and first mate made sure that he boarded the boat safely and felt comfortable the entire time. It was six of us in total and I won’t forget it. Good times and good memories.
