Captain Jamie Parker was born and raised on the OBX, he spends more time on the water than on land. He's a commercial fisherman during winter and runs this charter during the summer season. He hopes to share his lifetime of fishing knowledge with you, helping you have a successful day on the water and making sure the kids rake in plenty of delicious treats.
His 34' custom-made Deadrise downeast boat is fitted for all intents and purposes. Up to 6 guests are welcome aboard the spacious deck to try their hand at filling the boat. You'll have the chance to try out trawling for Shrimp and pulling the Crab pots too. Bring your own drinks and snacks aboard and settle in for a thrilling day out.
There's fun for the whole family aboard with Capt. Jamie. Bring the kids along and get them engaged in a healthy and educational activity.
At the end of the day, once you get back on land, you can visit a seafood market nearby that can steam your Crabs! There's nothing left for you to do but come aboard and settle in for a real North Carolinian water adventure. Incredible experience seeing the whole process, we would highly recommend. Spotless boat, and Jamie and Fisher are some of the nicest people I have ever met on the water. Can’t wait to get back!

Captain Jamie and First mate Fisher were very helpful and informative. We had a great time.

Jamie and his son Fisher were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and enjoyable to be with. They have a pristine boat equip with a cooler available for guests to bring refreshments. Jamie walked us step by step through the crabbing and shrimping process and with left with enough food to feed a small army. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing experience!

Pulling shrimp nets and crab pots was a blast. The kids had a blast sorting through the shrimp to find the best keepers. First Mate, Fisher was great and helpful! Great tour for all ages. Huge thanks to Captain Jamie for the tip on where to take our catch as well. Within about 30 min we had our entire catch cooked and ready to eat (about a bushel of blue crabs and 20 pounds of shrimp). Would highly recommend!

The captain and first mate were knowledgeable and friendly and so helpful with the boys. I would highly recommend this trip! We caught a ton of crabs and some large trout! Had a delicious dinner that night.

Jamie and Austin were delightful to fish with, super helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable. We’ll definitely hire these guys again, they really made our trip memorable. A thousand stars, 14/10!
We had a great trip, my family went with kids from 5 to 17 and Capn Jamie and first mate were great with them.We caught plenty of shrimp and crabs that one of my sons was excited to get home and eat. Jamie told us of some of the local attractions and pointed out landmarks, also gave me a quick refresher in preparing the crabs. I would recommend him to anyone.

We very much enjoyed fishing with Captain Jamie and his first mate Fisher. Both were attentive to our needs and knowledgeable about the area. They made the experience very pleasant, fun, and we loved that the boat had a big canopy that kept us comfortable on a very hot and sunny day. We have been on many charters and I highly recommend them!

A fifth-generation fisherman, Captain Jamie has spent his whole life on the water. Fishing since he was a small child, he moved into the commercial fishing industry and continues to do this out of season. He's been running charters since 2000, and still loves getting out on the water. What was a natural progression for him has now become more than a passion.
