Your captain is proud to offer many different fishing techniques on his 2016 Ranger bay boat. This boat is big enough for serious anglers to fight the 'big ones' or bring the family on a day of fun for all. This 22' vessel is equipped with all the latest technology for finding the fish, and capability to keep your catch fresh until you get back to the dock. Upon returning, Captain Jon will fillet your freshly caught fish for you and recommend a great restaurant to enjoy your catch!
Captain Jon offers Daytime/Nighttime Shark fishing and his personal favorite – Nighttime Tarpon Trip! On the Tarpon trips, you will pull in some monsters weighing in at anywhere from 120 to 150 pounds, with many fish a year topping 150 pounds. Using strictly live bait and light tackle, you are in for the battle of a lifetime!
You can also go reef fishing and catch Snapper, Hogfish, Grouper, Mackerel, Barracuda, Sharks, and many others. Gulf fishing will hook you Spanish Mackerel, Cobia, Sharks, Goliath Grouper, etc. If you want to do some backcountry fishing, Captain Jon will put you on some Redfish, Snook, Speckled Seatrout, Permit, Mangrove Snapper, Shark, and Tarpon.

We came in from Michigan for a family trip, captain jon keep great communication with us before hand. Well the flight down was horrible we had to change our flight from Miami to Fort Lauderdale , out luggage never made it and the beginning of our trip was a disaster until Captin Jon. Game changer!!! one of the best things ever. I love to fish and have fished with other characters down in the keys but nothing like getting the chance to fish with Captain Jon. Probably one of the nicest Captain i have fished with and he even had my 18 yr old daughter bending the rod. We caught a variety of fish and a nurse shark, if you book a trip make sure to do 6 hr it’s worth it. Words can’t describe how amazing this fishing trip was, so he set the bar on a epic vacation even after all the bad airport stuff and it really going to be hard to beat this experience. Thank Captain Jon. I will be booking another trip in the future, looking forward to the night tarpon fish next year.

We just finished a full day trip with Capt. Jon. It was myself and my 14 and 12 year old sons. From the start Capt. Jon was outstand with my kids. He worked his butt off to make sure we had a great experince. He is very knowledgeable and is truly in this for the right reasons. He treated my kids like his own. Caught over 50 mix species fish and finished with heavy tackle hooking up with multiple monsters that broke us off. My older son landed a 6 foot nurse shark. This Captain is the absolute best and we cant wait to become repeat clients!!!!!

After embarking on previous tarpon fishing expeditions and leaving empty-handed, I was cautiously optimistic heading into my overnight tarpon fishing excursion. A brief lul in the voyage was quickly turned on its head by 3 consecutive massive tarpon hits that yielded 150lb plus tarpons with 1 hour fights each. My dad and I had a blast would recommend this charter and this captain to anyone interested in landing this elusive trophy fish. Jon was both knowledgeable and very easy to talk to the whole night. High marks all around!

My wife and I had a blast fishing with Jon and Reel Attack Charters. Jon is an outstanding host and made the trip a great time. The higher than normal winds and waves made things a little more challenging, but Jon had plenty of great spots that put us on lots of fish. He cleaned our catch at the end of the day and gave a great recommendation for a nearby restaurant to cook it up for us. I highly recommend fishing with Jon and will definitely be a returning customer.

Jon was an amazing host, he was very knowledgable and personable. Unfortuantely weather wasnt on our side for part of the trip but he knew exactly how to avoid the worst of the weather and still got us to locations where we were able to catch a lot of fish. He even went the extra mile to filet our catch and had great recommendations on where we can take it for them to cook it for us! We will definitely be back to fish with Jon again!
