Soleil Sport Fishing offers year-round adventures out of Quepos, Costa Rica. If you've always wanted to feel the adrenaline rush you get when the fish bites your bait and starts pulling the line - this is it! With an experienced crew by your side, you'll feel like a pro in no time. And when you realize how easy it is to book a trip with them, you'll wonder why you even waited for so long.
Everything starts with a boat. The captain will meet you on a 28' custom built boat that accommodates up to 5 guests. This reliable center console was built in 2019, so she features new navigational electronics and a 150 HP Yamaha engine. The boat features a live bait tank, a cooler, and snorkeling equipment, just in case you want to swim for a bit. Please note that the trip starts at the Marina, there's an additional $40 entrance fee, but if the trip starts next to Bahia Azul restaurant, there's no additional charge.
Fish whatever is in season. If you stay closer to the shore, you can go after Roosterfish, Snook, Jack Crevalle, Cubera Snapper, and Grouper. But if you're ready for a true adventure, take a few hours more and sail offshore. This is where you get the opportunity to catch Marlin, Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Sailfish, and many more.
What do you need to do to get ready? Just pick a trip and show up! The crew takes care of fishing equipment, drinks, and even catch cleaning. Food is included in full-day trips. You just need to bring a fishing license. It's never been that easy to get ready for the fishing trip of your life.

Elliot and his partner took my family of 4 offshore fishing and exceeded our expectations. We caught Mahi Mahi and had more than we could even eat for dinner that evening. They were so professional with great personalities. Very kind and would highly recommend! Will definitely be using next time in Costa Rica!
Elier and Raoul work great guys. Easy to talk to, good English and professional!! we caught some young mahi-mahi, we saw sea turtles, lots of dolphins and tuna jumping… we have a few really good bites, but we're not able to land them… no fault of these guys! Was such a great experience thank you so much ❤️
The captain was great really knew where to take us to catch lots of fish. friendly kind and just knew how to have a good time. I would love to go fishing again.
Very good charter for cost on the low side these days. The Capt. and crew were great as we took turns on the rods. Bring your own adult drinks as they provide water and soda. For older folks I would strongly recommend asking the Capt. to pick you up at the marina or the City dock.
We had an amazing day at sea, unfortunately the fish didn't bite - but that was not the Captains fault, all other boats today had the same problem. Elier & his companion were really friendly, professional and good hosts. It's called fishing, not catching - thats part of the game. But I would absolutely recommend them and book them again. Plus: We saw many Dolphins & Turtles.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 1 day before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 20% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
