RiverTrek NW – King Salmon 

We have been on many fishing trips in many states, and this was by far the BEST TRIP EVER! Capt Wade Grant found the fishing and crabbing spots with ease, and guided and coaches us to hook and land some nice catches. As fat as crabbing, I have NEVER seen anything like this except on TV with professional crabbing crews. We will absolutely book again with Capt Wade but next time we will bring more friends and family to join us in this incredible life experience. Capt Wade knows his stuff!!! Being an experienced boat captain for many years, his knowledge of the fish, the area, and the law is a unbelievably rare and second to none! Lastly, we have met many boat captians over the years that were just that (and only that), a boat captain; with Capt Wade, he is bow our Pacific NW boat captain for life and our newest lifelong friend!

Captain Wade was fantastic. We booked a trip for half salmon and half sturgeon on march 15. While is was a cold morning and the salmon didn't bite (there was a big rainstorm 2 days before and murky water, we didn't expect salmon to bite), captain Wade made sure we got a great experience on the Sturgeon! we caught easily 30 of them and some were too big to get in the boat but worth the long fight! Highly recommend booking with Captain Wade, he is highly knowledgeable about the river, angling, and the best spots to catch different fiah!

Captain Wade was terrific, and the boat and equipment were excellent. we didn’t catch any salmon this time, but after we had been trying for 4 hours or so, Wade suggested that we try some catch and release sturgeon fishing. It was so much fun, and my 13 year-old son will remember it for years to come!

My friends and I had an amazing time with Captain Wade. He’s an outstanding captain with lots of knowledge and experience. He will 100% make sure your trip is as fun as can be. I would definitely recommend him as a guide and will definitely go back for future trips.

Took my dad on a fishing trip for his 84th Birthday - we had a terrific time, and brought home a beautiful coho. We caught 4 other fish that we had to let go because of regulations. Captain Wade worked hard to give us a great experience!

Captain Wade is hands down one of the most organized and professional Captain I've had the chance to go out with. I have gone on over 20 charters across the country and this was my favorite one so far. We first took a trip on his king salmon trip and we got all the fish we were after and more. We caught multiple king salmon and cohoo salmon, he was very knowledgeable and informative the while trip. We also targeted sturgeon for the last few hours and the bite was non stop! We caught two of my bucket list fish in one trip. If your looking for a great time Captain wade is the way to go all the way. We also did his sturgeon 6 hours trip 2 days later and by the time it was done we caught almost 45 sturgeon. Everyone on the boat was sore from catching monster sized sturgeon all day, with multiple double ups. If your looking for a good trip either sturgeon, crabbing, salmon, and more in the oregon Washington area this is the boat to be on.
