Hilton Head Inshore 

Captain Mark was willing to go out on a cold day after Thanksgiving. Very friendly and very knowledgeable of local fishing. We caught redfish, sea trout, and even a stray blue crab! Blue crab was delicious! Redfish is dinner tomorrow! Super nice guy!

The fiahing was a little slow that day. But the captain was patient and ended up catching a shark!

We had a great time fishing for sharks! There were plenty of action using cutbaits. Captain Mark took us to many spots which almost all of them was a success. Will be booking another trip again next time we plan a trip here! We also had a chance for a little bit of dolphin sighting.

Had a fantastic time with Captain Mark. I have been vacationing on Hilton Head Island for the last 15 years and have been on numerous fishing charters. Captain Mark is among the very best. He listened to what we wanted to do, made suggestions and from the very beginning, my son and I caught fish. After catching numerous red fish, flounder, jack and whiting, we moved on to see if the tarpon were biting in the sound. Unfortunately, they weren't. Most charters that I have been on would have stayed for an extended amount of time. Not Capt. Mark, we moved so he could keep us on the bite. Even kept us out longer than the time limit because my son wanted to catch a shark. We highly recommend him as he is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Will definitely use him again. You won't go wrong with Hilton Head Inshore charters.

We had a great trip with Captain Mark and cannot recommend him highly enough! Because of the time of year, we waited to book a fishing trip until we got to the island. Thankfully, Mark was available and accepted our request within a few minutes of us reaching out the night before. He called us to let us know the plan for the next afternoon, which included taking off a bit later than the charter was scheduled since during his trip the day before, he had noticed the fish started really biting later in the day. The trip itself was fantastic: we went to several spots and caught many red fish and even a trout, including some big boys we had to let go. Mark pointed out and explained local landmarks and wildlife, including a bald eagle’s nest on the shore and local folks gathering oysters. He also cleaned our catch and pointed us to some great spots that would cook up our day’s winnings. Overall, a fantastic experience with a knowledgeable and kind captain—we will definitely be booking with him again next time we are on HHI.

Captain Mark couldn’t have been more personable and helpful. He took us three of his favorite spots, the last of which was the Redfish central. With three anglers and Captain Mark, we had three or four lines in the water. There seemed to be at least one fish on at all times for almost two hours. We chose to release all, with several over 23” and the rest in keeper range. Obviously fishing trips can’t cone with guarantees, but Captain Mark will do all he can to make the day successful and enjoyable.

My grandson wanted to catch some sharks and that’s what he did. Thanks so much Captain Mark for helping make some memories!

Guide friendly and knowledgeable. Fishing was slow but he put us on fish and we had a great time.

The family and I had a blast!! Captain Mark is amazing, he know just where to go whether you want sharks or red drum, he has the “honey hole” for you!!! Can’t wait for him to take us out next year!!!

We really enjoyed the fishing adventure. Captain Mark made us feel very welcome and he knew what he was doing. Beautiful scenery, and the sharks wiggled well! When we come back, I’ll be looking him up, again.
