I took my wife, two sons (4 and 7), and my father-in-law on our first bay fishing trip on the Texas coast with Capt. Mac, and we all had a blast. He was very patient with the boys, especially my youngest who always had a job to do (refilling the bait cooler, getting the net, etc) when he would inevitably get tired of fishing after a few minutes. He put us on fish, although we only had a handful of keepers, but we had a lot of action. And Boomer may be the best boat dog ever.

Hurricane Francine is forming just to the South and should give us one more day of bad weather but the winds have been relentless for 3 days now.  Capt Mac is a knowledgeable guy who gave it every try to get us on fish and I’m sure not blaming his efforts.  We did catch 4 small Reds and one Spec.  All in all a great day on the water and a very enjoyable and personable Capt!

My wife and I enjoyed a great 6 hour trip with Captain Mac recently.  Our trip was initially rescheduled due to high winds at the time.  The next day was much nicer so Mac made the right call.  All communication was clear and timely.  We caught lots of different fish although only one keeper.  It did not make much difference to us - we had a great time and really appreciated Captain Mac taking us to several locations and showing us different fishing methods.  A great experience for our... I would highly recommend Blue Line Charters. Mac consecutively put us on fish in every location we went to thanks to his knowledge of the bay. We were lucky enough to catch 9-10 different species of fish on our trip as well. We will definitely be returning for another trip in the future.

Blue Line Charters was amazing!! Captain Mac was an excellent host and guide!! The boat was clean and well maintained. He had all the rods and bait ready for us. He was so patient and helpful. We caught fish and he kept the hooks baited!!! Excellent trip!! Will definitely call him again.
